This is the third event I've seen in St. Catharines in two years that could have maybe qualified as a "rave". The first being
Formation (my first party), which kicked ass, and the other having happened recently, which I heard was pretty good, too. However, this one was ass. I think it could have been decent but I think it was poorly promoted. When we got to the party people were telling us not to waste our money going in because it was dead inside. However, we did go. The people at the door said that people started spreading nasty rumours that the party was shut down and that's why the turnout was so shit. I dunno, man... The sound and lighting was very poor. The DJs were mediocre, and Sinister definitely needs to work on his live PA skills.
It was cool when we first walked in. There were some raver-girlies tearing it up to some hardcore. It's hasn't been often that I've actually seen a group of people that could really dance. The lack of people and the shittyness of the party in general made is leave sometime shortly after 3am. I really wanted to stay for Lair Driver, just to hear him, but we were too tired and sick of everything to stick around; so, like a lot of people we left pretty early.
There won't be any pictures for this one, but don't worry, there wasn't really that much to see anyhow :P.
The only other thing I might have added to your ??? review was that the sound was reletively week for the first part...I guess untill they brought the other spreakers downstairs.
